The technician was here in a very timely manner especially considering the very late night call. I was especially pleased with his honesty in regards to my furnace and its age and what I do and don't need to get done he was very informative and thoughtful.

He was very professional, friendly and punctual. I was very satisfied with his mannerism and professional work performed. I highly recommend him.

Scott called immediately and met me at my house 20 minutes later. By the time my lunch hour was over he had my furnace up and running. Sadly it's hard to find such fair, courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable service these days. I will definitely recommend State Heating and Air and use them again myself if needed.
