Great job. Fast service. Scott - very informative and easy to work with.

Had a bit of an HVAC emergency. Scott was professional and reasonable. Was able to start work shortly after scheduling appointment. Replaced old furnace (cracked heat exchanger) and old AC unit (burned out wires). Great father & son install team. 2nd floor is cooler, no longer unbearable on hot 90 + days.

Scott is knowlegable. I actually had a full a/c replaced and coil. My old system was too small. The installers were a father son team and were great. My house is finally cool on 90+ days now.

The technicians were very patient with all my questions while they were replacing my furnace and A/C. They answered all my queries thoroughly, without condescension. Quality labor, excellent customer service, and very fast, I highly recommend State Heating and Cooling to all.

I am still waiting to receive the invoice for the service so I can't comment on that.

Scott explained all of the options available to me and the upside and downside of each of those options. He was honest and straightforward and didn't want to just waste my time and money. I felt comfortable with his explanations and appreciate his honesty in his business dealings. I would definitely recommend you call him if you have an a/c issue, as I probably won't call anyone else. I had a great experience with Scott and his crew. They were very professional, answered all my questions and did excellent work. Scott and his team made sure that not only my air conditioner was installed correctly and in excellent working condition, they also made excellent adjustment, to my furnace that they did not install, free of charge. I have been extremely pleased with air conditioner and now my furnace after the work that Scott and his team did. I will call again not only for my air conditioner needs but also now call for any furnace needs I might have in the future.
