Great customer service - Scott made an effort to come almost a day earlier than our scheduled appointment as we had no heat. Good communication. Fixed the problem promptly and didn't even charge for the quick repair! I'll definitely be calling State again for any future problems.

Absolutely love Scott (the boss!)--terrific work ethic, showed up when he said he would, went over pros and cons (I needed a new hot water tank and furnace), explained everything, no surprises and everything went smoothly. His workers (not subcontractors) also very nice and efficient. Definitely will ask them to come back for anything that might pop up in the future.

They fix the issue however the heat went out again 2 weeks later this is my only complaint

This company called me within about 10 minutes after I contacted Home Advisor. They came out and two days later had fixed my furnace. The reason it took that long was because a part had to be ordered.

He did a very thorough job. He was right on time. He explained everything to me and my wife and we are very happy with him.

After a mix up with the original appointment time the owner came out on Saturday to install the part that was needed and make sure I was without heat for the shortest amount of time. Furnace is working with no problems now. Good service over all.

Helpfulness

Good people that know what they are doing. Very pleased with how fast they responded to my needs and how quickly the work was completed. On the initial call they said they would send the crew out the next day to see what needed to be done and if they could do the work that day they would. They did just that.

The owner is very accommodating and the workers are just fabulous. I would highly recommend them.
