Scott contacted us immediately after I put in a request and had the new furnace and AC installed 48 hours after we met. We appreciated his help after dealing with another contractor who left us hanging for 3 months because the house was vacant. I called after 11:00 pm and within minutes Scott was on the phone to me asking questions. I told him I had no heat, but I had a very good electric fireplace, he suggested that I use the fireplace until 7:00 am this morning. He was exactly on time. I now have heat, but I need a part he does not have. He will need to come back and put that part in. A very nice gentleman, and I am so happy that he called me first. The price he quoted me for parts, service is very reasonable.

They came out to fix my furnace the same day I called as I had no heat. They also found another problem that needed fixed and had someone out to fix that within a few days. I came home to not only everything fixed, but the technician also noticed that the gate on my fence was off the hinge and fixed that too! Would definitely recommend State Heating and Air Conditioning.

Scott literally called me back to confirm the appointment within 1 minute. Actually suggested he come out a day early in case parts needed. Unfortunately I had a bigger problem we discovered upon inspection. That was a Saturday morning. He coming out Monday morning to install a new furnace. Very friendly. Professional. Clean. Knowledgeable. He earned my trust and business very quickly. I absolutely would recommend Scott and State heating to anybody!
