This company did a fantastic job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Our furnace was 21 years old so we decided to replace both air and furnace. The cost was comparable to other companies. They were able to do all in one day and cleaned up afterwards. The installers were very professional, great guys. Scott was very informative of his products he sells and stands by. We recommend his (Scott's) company to everyone. What a pleasure to see a business that sells good quality and doesn't try to tell you things by saying "nothing can go wrong", or ours is the best. He is very honest, knowledgeable and committed to giving 100%. I find comfort in knowing they will back their product if need be. Awesome warranty included if the need should arise. They offer financing we chose to pay ourselves and he was patient for us to get our monies in order. When our Air Conditioner stopped working Scott gave it a boost so we could have Air Conditioning and be comfortable until repairs could be made. They had to work around our schedule and were very accommodating. We seldom find that kind of service anymore - that impressed us so much and after many estimates found him to be most reputable. I had a problem with water running out from underneath the A/C / Furnace in my basement. He looked at it and knew right away that the pan in the bottom was plugged up and the water was not draining just over flowing. He fixed the problem right away and I am very happy with his work.

Scott called me immediately after receiving my notice. He came on Saturday as I work during the week and he came promptly at 9:00 am as we set up. He is unable to help me because my air conditioner is not able to repair and I am unable to purchase a new one at this time. I used his company in the winter when my furnace went out and received the same quality, service. He fixed my furnace and the price was good. His company is able to finance purchases but as a senior citizen that just spent $6000.00 on new hearing aids I just have to do without AC for a while. I highly recommend him and his company.

Very impressed with his expertise with HVAC. He's the kind of guy you want to come out and diagnose your problem. He has the kind of mind to solving your problem and not interested in just selling you a unit. He comes in to service and is looking out for the customer.

Technician was experienced & knew what he was doing & although it took a little longer than expected it appeared to be done right. I would do business with this company again as well as recommend them to anyone!

They had great service, explained everything thoroughly and great value for money

We had them install our complete A/C and heating units. They came out 2 days after we called (90 degrees with no a/c). The install guys, Lynn and Jonathan were great---worked hard, finished late and very nice. Our patio screen door was accidentally damaged during the install. The boss, Scott, assured us the screen would be fixed "tomorrow". After 2 weeks of trying to contact Scott (phone/texts) , he finally picked up the screen to get it fixed. Another week went by --we called again to find out when our screen would be back. After one more week, our screen was delivered--a month after the installation was completed. We also never received any warranty paperwork---after requesting this 3 times, it was emailed to us. Too bad the poor customer service by the boss (Scott) overshadowed the good work of Lynn and Jonathan.

Showed up on time. Was knowledgeable and courteous. Did what was needed without pressure to upgrade or buy more than was needed. We will call them again.

Serviceman was knowledgeable and showed me how to clean my units to help them work better. Communicated when he was stuck in traffic and knew he would arrive later than expected. Very grateful to have this company help me out.

Scott was very professional while servicing my A/C Unit. Unfortunately, I needed a new unit. However, he was able to help me finance a new one at a low monthly payment that fitted my budget. The installation was fast and my house is cool now. I have no complaints very pleased.
