Standard Improvements

Description of Work: Ed was recommended on Angie's List through a coupon which we redeemed in December, 2011. He was interested in more work which we had in other parts of the house. We hired him again. He has been nothing but completely unprofessional in this second job. His work has been sloppy, and what should have taken 3 days to complete is still not complete after 3.5 WEEKS. He is completely unresponsive to our requests as to whether or not he plans on finishing the job and will not answer our calls. When he says he's coming the next day, he's a no-show. He also requested from us to pay for his gas, which we did, but then, he never showed up. We've never felt so disgusted with a contractor's lack of professionalism and complete unresponsiveness. Although he seemed very affordable, it's unfortunately a lesson for us that you get what you pay for, which in this case was very little.

Description of Work: We needed our living room painted quickly. Ed was very prompt in returning calls, arriving a bit early (which I appreciated), and was incredibly efficient in getting the job done. Ed was extremely polite and accommodating to our wishes.
