They came out on a Sunday, removed some of the materials, and found the problem. It took them 2 days to complete the job. They were there to help the customer, fix the problem, and they stepped up. Sullivan Restoration had took off the old materials and completely roofed the house. However, they did not replace some plywood that needed to be replaced, and it leaked in our house right after they completed it. When I called them, they did not want to fix the problem. However, S&S Roofing came out for Sullivan Restoration and tore off the materials, replaced the material, and completed the job at no cost, as they said they were doing it for Sullivan Restoration. I give S&S Roofing high ratings and wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future if needed. I would call them first.

We would absolutely recommend him. You felt comfortable with him because when he talked to you about the roof and the technical stuff he broke it down to language that you could understand, and he made sure everything was clear to you and he was really great to deal with. He cleaned up very well.
