+ -1 moreRecently I purchased a new laptop at a great price from him. Because of the questions I kept coming back to him with, he sensed I was not happy with the computer and insisted I bring it back to him for a different model. I can't say enough good things about how he operates his business.
Description of Work: Since moving to Lake Co. I have used their service more than once for repairs... The price I paid was much less than the big stores. But the value of what I got was the most important thing. Not only repaired quickly and accurately, he gives advice in language I understand and not the geek-speak some computer people use. He is even willing to help by phone if possible. Plus he gives a senior discount.
