+ -1 moreTechnician showed up on time and repair was completed in a timely manner. Had to wait couple of days for an appointment and the price was about $100 higher than I have expected for this type of project. Otherwise, good company and I recommend them for your septic needs.

+ -1 moreTHE SYSTEM HAD THE OLD ALARM, WHICH WOULD NOT RESET ITSELF AFTER A POWER OUTAGE. JOE FIRST TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE HOW TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM EACH TIME IT HAPPENED, BUT I DECIDED TO UPGRADE.
