Great job. Ron came to the house and left the quote while I was at work. The estimate detailed what would be done, including protecting my landscaping and cleaning up. I had to leave town for business the night before they started the work. I arrived home two days later to a brand new roof. There were two signs work had been done when I arrived home. The new roof looked fantastic, and the clean up left my yard neater than it was when they started!

Another roofing company told us we needed a new roof to fix our leaking roof. Ron looked at our roof and said it was in good shape, but was leaking due to poor installation of a few shingles. He put sealant underneath the shingles on the leaking area and fixed the problem. Saved us $10,000 dollars!

7 man crew arrived on time and were the hardest, most efficient, neatest workers I have ever seen! Cleaned up every speck every night before they left. Worked very long, hard days. Workmanship was beyond perfect. In awe of all of them.

The price was very fair, our house is very large. His men worked for a week straight from morning until evening. They left our property neat and clean at the end of each day. Ron, the owner recommended 6' to 9' of ice and water shield on entire house from gutters up. Removed and reinstalled gutter helmet at no charge. Inspected attic to make sure soffetts and vents were installed properly and not obstructed by insulation. Very impressed from beginning to end.

The service man arrived within the time frame given over the phone and assessed the damage. He returned within 2 days after getting matching shingles. The repair was completed in 1/2 hour and looks great.

Re roof went smoothly. I would like to thank Ron Morgan Roofing for making my roofing experience a pleasant, painless one. All of the crew were friendly, courteous and hard-working. They cleaned the yard continuously, which I really appreciated. Ron is a professional who was very easy to work with and accommodating to my wants. He discussed his findings and explained his recommendations. It was a pleasure working with him. Great customer service is when you cannot tell anyone did work at your home. They left my yard looking exactly like when they came....perfect. My roof looks fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend Morgan Roofing. I'm a satisfied customer and would hire them again.

It is now 2 yrs later & we are paying to have the roofing repaired because it was sloppy work & the roof leaks. Items stored in half of the shed were damaged. The aluminum facia is coming off.

As of 6-8-14 I have not recieved a reply. Customer satisfaction is why I am in business and is my motivation. Ron is a consummate professional and walked me through every step of the process. He made sure that I understood what was best for my home, did not try to upsell anything, and his bottom line was to leave me with a roof that would last a lifetime. Because the material that I was using (EuroShield slate) was unique, he attended the architectural review board meeting and advocated for the use of the material. Ron is very personable, friendly, and kind. He even made sure to respect my desire to be as environmentally friendly as possible and to reuse or recycle as many of the materials as possible.
Description of Work: Imported and installed EuroShield slate roofing (recycled rubber tires). Most of the cost was the material, not the labor.

Description of Work: The time had arrived for my charming antique home (year built 1927) to receive a new roof . (I was advised it had been replaced anywhere from the 60's to 80's) Due to some previous leaks in the months prior I was referred to Ron Morgan by a friend, who came out when promised and promptly fixed those problem areas. Upon my request Ron Morgan came back out and provided me with a very reasonable estimate for a brand new roof, provided samples of various styles and designs of shingles to choose from and described in detail what was to be done. Ron and his team completed my beautiful new roof within 3 days, with continuous cleanup as they worked! I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy Ron Morgan and his team displayed! As a fairly newcomer to Ohio, this great customer service was much appreciated! ~Cheri Tredeau

Description of Work: Scraped off shingles , reroofed , with new shingles . We have a Dutch Colonial with dormers. The roofers did a good job..We liked how they kept the trash,old shingles cleaned up, and hauled away. We didn,t have to clean up after them.

Mr. Morgan was excellent at diagnosing problems. He was willing to take the time to figure out what the issue was. He did excellent quality work and was there on time when he said he would be there. He cleaned up very well.
