Not well. Claimed work was not covered under warranty.
Description of Work: Stood on roof to trim tree. Broke skylight and attempted to leave before discovery. Fixed skylight with screws and plexiglass. Cost owner $1200 to get it prepared correctly. This was done to a 90 year old woman's condo.

Zemco Roofing fixed the skylight. I highly recommend their work!!!! I would rather trim my own tree than hire Greenscapes.
Description of Work: Worker stood on the roof of patio enclosure while trimming tree. His foot went through the skylight. He tried to exit the property before being stopped. He "fixed" the broken skylight by screwing a piece of plexiglass over the hole, creating more holes in the roof. Repair cost to the owner for proper skylight - $1575.00. Master-Greenscapes admits no wrong doing.

Master Greenscapes admits no wrong doing.
Description of Work: Greenscape worker stood on top of the roof while trimming a tree. His foot when through a skylight as it was not strong enough to hold his weight. He tried to leave the sight before it was discovered. He 'fixed' it with a piece of plexiglass, screwing into the roof. Cost to repair by the homeowner $1575. Would not recommend.+
