MAJOR WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICE INC

Went well until I tried to cancel services and was told that since I paid 3 months in advance, I wasn’t able to cancel services and go to a cheaper pickup service. I could cancel with Major however, I couldn’t get my money back if I did. Not to mention that the lady on the phone is always rude.

Great service, cheaper than waste management

Service has been great. You do not have to have everything in the trash bins. They will take items that are too big to fit in the bins, such as boxes etc. If you have large items such as furniture, they will remove these for a small additional fee if you call them in advance. We will be using them in the next week for a dumpster for construction waste.

When I called to get prices, the lady in the office picked up right away and was very helpful. They are a local company, so she knew what day the garbage is picked up and the rates with just my street name. There was no hassle getting service set up and no fuel surcharges tacked on (unlike the competition). The guys picking up the garbage always place my can neatly in the driveway when they're done. There is never any trash left behind on the ground.

I have used this company for twenty years and have never had any problems with them. They have always been prompt in their pickups. I am pleased with their service.
