Description of Work: I met the owner of this company, Dan Jacobson, at a local tradeshow as we were looking to have a stone patio installed and some landscaping done in our backyard. I invited him out to take a look at our house to take a look at our yard and give us some ideas as he said they provide free estimates. He came out and looked and every since my perception of their professionalism has gone down hill. He charged me $150 for an estimate and landscape drawing/plan which i only received recently (2.5 months later). After our initial meeting i did nto hear from him for over two weeks and we decided to hire another company. He then decided to send me a bill for the $150 for his landscaping design services, except I NEVER received anything! and it was over two weeks later before he contacted me at all. After receiving several bills for this "mystery" landscape design that I never received, I today received a 3rd or 4th bill with a rudimentary drawing of a patio and some squiggle marks that i suppose represent plants. I almost forgot. Dan also called my office line probably 3 or 4 times trying to get in touch with me as he wanted to get paid for this landscape design, which i NEVER received!. After a very rude phone conversation he said he would send out another bill for $150 which i received today. Needless to say if I were in the market for landscaping service I would not use this company or their promise for a free estimate. In fact now that i think of it, I have still not yet received an actual estimate for anything, just this childish looking drawing of a landscape design. terrible.

+ -1 moreI HAVE SPOKEN WITH APPROXIMATELY 10 DIFFERENT LANDSCAPERS. MY REQUEST IS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW LAWN (FRONT AND BACK). MANY WILL NOT PLACE A BID IF I AM NOT INSTALLING A SPRINKLER/IRRIGATION SYSTEM, AND FLOWER BEDS WITH MATURE SHRUBS AND TREES.
Description of Work: CONTRACTORS KEPT THEIR APPOINTMENT BUT NEVER RETURNED WITH ESTIMATE.
