Since my garage door was stuck in the open position, I was very glad to have such fast service. Terry, the repair man arrived in about an hour. Within 1/2 hour, the door was repaired and adjusted. I am very happy with the both the repair man and the service he provided.

+ -1 moreLake Co. Door was FANTASTIC! I had a broken cable on my garage door and the door was twisted in the tracks. I called LCD at 1:55 and my door was fixed before 3p! The Tech was professional and friendly. He had finished the repair before I even realized he was here. I went out to meet him and he was done. He walked me through what he had done, explained the warranty, gave me a couple of tips and was on his way. Over all a wonderful experience!

It was roughly -21 degrees in my Garage, but Dave the technician completed the work cheerfully and in good time. I can't imagine a better level of service or workmanship - Highly recommended all round.

+ -1 moreThey called before they came and showed up early and were done in about 40 minutes. We talked and they added a larger spring and told me about lubricating the spring a couple of times a year. Before they left they serviced the door by lubricating the tracks and springs.

Repairman arrived on time and finished the replacement of the springs in a quick amount of time. Garage door is working better than ever now. I would use this company if the need ever arose again.
