Called at 8:30 am, they were here before 10 am. Suggested replacing both springs rather than just the broken one and I agreed. Got right to work and completed everything within the hour. Very pleasant and professional. Garage door works fine again.

Matt arrived on time and was very polite. He was quick and efficient.

The put it back on track and got it working the way that it should be. I'm very pleased with it.

Called in the morning. He asked when I wanted it done. I said today after 2:00 p.m. He called at 2:15 said be there by 2:30 and he was. Took him about half an hour to fix. Door works great. Very friendly guy.

Maintenance performed and opener fixed.

Got an estimate. They worked hard for 6 hours getting this job done. Even re did some of the work to make sure is was right and the door sealed correctly. Price was the same as the estimated.

Arrived about 1/2 hr after my call. Replaced both sensors, lubricated both tracks, made sure all was okay. Very professional & friendly.

Good. The tech was a little late but he did apologize. He was very nice and professional. Did a good job. I also like that it was super easy to schedule my service date when I called in to make my appointment.

Terry called when he was on his way. Original window was 12-4 p.m. Actually arrived by 11:30 a.m. Assessed situation and made repair.

Immediate response to phone call, prompt service, called before arrival as promised, problem fixed quickly and correctly, very nice and professional, plus a very sweet dog accompanied him - Brooks.

First I contacted "Mr. Door" garage repair and they came out and told me my door could not be repaired and that I needed a new garage door . They could not get the exact door they said because they don't make them anymore which I found out is not true. They said I had a cheap door . Well I decided ok. but did not sign anything. This was on a Friday. On the following Tuesday I called them because I hadn't heard anything. The girl who answered said she would get back to me because she knew nothing. On Thursday I finally called Lake county door. Then I called "Mr. Door" and said forget it I found someone who will fix it. Mr Door told me I owed them a hundred and some dollars service call when all they gave me was an estimate Lake County Door came out Friday and fixed my door for 135.00

Great company, Great People, Great Work. They were easy to work with, very helpful, professional, did a great job. After shopping around they were extremely reasonable and did great work. I would recommend highly!

I called in the evening and they came the next morning. I wasn't here when they actually serviced, my wife was here, but she says they were professional and did the work promptly and effectively.

I CALLED MONDAY MORNING FROM MY WORK ABOUT 9:00AM AFTER THE SPRING BROKE SUNDAY NIGHT, I EXPLAINED I HAD THE DOOR TIED OPEN AND WOULD LIKE TO GET IT REPAIRED SAME DAY IF POSSIBLE SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO LEAVE IT OPEN ANOTHER DAY, THE SECRETARY EXPLAINED ALL THE PEOPLE WERE ON JOBS AND ONE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE LATE MORNING EARLY AFTERNOON. WE SET IT UP TO HAVE THE SERVICEMAN CALL ME A HALF AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS TO ARRIVE AND I WOULD DRIVE BACK HOME TO MEET HIM..WITHIN AN HOUR I GOT THE CALL AND ACTUALLY MET RIGHT AT THE INTERSECTION AT THE END OF MY STREET ALTHOUGH THINGS DIDNT GO WELL, THE DOOR WAS REPAIRED AND ADJUSTED SO IT RUNS SMOOTHER AND QUIETER THAN IT DID WHEN IT WAS BRAND NEW,,THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB!!! FAIRLY PRICED, WITH A COURTEOUS,POLITE KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE MAN.

They were great! Our spring on the garage door broke during those -20 degree temps. When I called and explained what we heard and how the door would not open...even over the phone they could tell me the problem. They were out in less than two days and mostly because my work schedule is hectic. The service guy was very nice and had the problem solved in less than 30 min. Will use again when the time comes.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their customer service is superior and the product is great. I was able to get an estimate quickly, and on the day of the installation the installer arrived on time and was very courteous. He worked quickly and cleaned up everything perfectly. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Terry and Mary and Mathew for making this one of the smoothest home improvement purchases I have ever made.

Called Lake County Door on 4/9/2014, explained the problem to him and set the appointment for 4/10/2014 between 10 am & 12:00 am. He called prior to coming.

Yesterday, the garage door opener stopped working. It looked like the chain had broken. Matthew was able to determine very quickly that the chain was fine but another part had to be replaced. He fixed the problem in less than a half hour and the noises I came to expect from the door are no longer there.

Terry on time, knew what we needed, fixed quickly and still working, like the work a lot.

Service call went very well. He explained what needed to be done in a professional manner. Got the job done and we were happy for the reasonable cost.

We are very happy with Lake County Door's services. We called for an appt/estimate on Saturday and the tech was here the following Tuesday morning, right on time as promised. Matthew did a fantastic job! He's a Genie garage door opener specialist and knew exactly how to repair our door openers. One door had stopped opening completely after a lot of slipping and pausing and the other one was grinding to a halt as it closed - a real pain especially with the winter we've been having. The doors are working perfectly now and we are extremely pleased with the fast and professional service. We would highly recommend Lake County Door!

I called on the afternoon of the 25th and they were able to come out the morning of the 26th. I expected a delay given the short notice, by they were able to accommodate my schedule. Dave (the technician) called me promptly at 8AM to inform me he was on his way and to verify timing of the appointment.We he arrived, he attempted to repair the existing unit for about 30 minutes, but wasn't successful. The existing unit had a failed coupler that he couldn't get to operate consistently. I told him to just replace the entire unit since I didn't want a garage door opener to properly operate 50% of the time. It's worth noting that he didn't show up and push a new opener. He took the time to evaluate the situation, attempt to repair, and then offer suggestions. He cleaned up afterwards and had everything ready to go. I would highly recommend them and will utilize them for future work.
