Description of Work: We had a broken spring on the door. L.c. Door came out and gave us an estimate to replace one, or both springs. I knew from previous experience that it is best to replace both springs. We were undecided as to whether we wanted to replace the door with a new steel door, or repair the springs. We opted to replace the springs. Our service tech was outstanding, and did the job in a quick, professional manor. The best part, he gave me a 10% discount for being a veteran! Thank you Lake County Door!

Description of Work: Called in morning, was told they would be out between 1 and 4 and would call when on the way. Everything went as scheduled. Mike was professional and did a fine job in minimum amount of time. No problems with quoted price. Mike even gave us a senior discount when we asked for it. Would use them again.

Our friend was right! Terry came out promptly, was professional and gracious and quickly made the repair. He replaced, balanced and double-checked the garage door for safety issues, which made us feel good about the work that he did. I was amazed how quickly he completed the job. He was an absolute delight to work with and he is now on our list of "Who We Call" when we need help with housing "issues!!
