He's the kind of person that I can leave in my house while I go to work and I know that job is going to be done at 200%. He is just exceptional! If the job is more expansive, he makes the appropriate recommendations.
Description of Work: I have work lined up for him in the next couple weeks and he did all the plumbing at my old house for many years.

+ -1 moreRick Kooyman does his own work and came out to my home to quote me a price without charging to do so. Rick did an excellent job and I certainly would refer him to anyone who wants an honest and excellent serviceman to perform any kind of plumbing work.
Description of Work: I had very small leaks in my copper water lines which were accessible in the basement ceiling area. All of these leaks ( approx. 5) were repaired very well. I next needed my copper water lines re-routed in my basement ceiling to the outside water faucets located in the front and rear of the house. The job was not easy but was very well done with water shut off valves also being installed with new outside water faucets. I next requested if our gas line coming into the basement could also be re-routed in my basement ceiling. This job was also not easy but done very well. I was very pleased with the consultation and the advise given to me---no high pressure sales and very concerned that he could do the job right the first time or let me know if the job could not be done the way I might have thought it could be.

+ -1 moreWe have hired Mr. Kooyman for a number of plumbing jobs since 1997. He is prompt and extremely reliable! Advice is given and clean-up is excellent in all cases.
Description of Work: The amount above reflect two bills. One visit involved the rebuilding (interior) of a Mansfield toilet. The other visit was to replace an old toilet in another bath with a Mansfield ADD (comfort seating) toilet. Removal of old fixture.

+ -1 moreHE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM. WE'VE USED HIM BEFORE FOR WATER HEATER WORK AND HE DID A GOOD JOB THEN AS WELL. WE CALLED HIM YESTERDAY AND HE CAME RIGHT OUT THIS MORNING, SO HE IS VERY PROMPT.
