Everything went better than expected, in spite of the fact that they found a number of problems that I anticipated, but needed to have confirmed (leaking around chimney(s), deteriorated house roof, problems with gutters). We didn't do any comparison shopping, but relied on the recommendations of several trusted people. Comparing our final price for the completed job with work done for family members by other companies in another city (Erie, Pa), I was quite satisfied with the price. The workers were profesional, efficient, and really kept me informed every step of the way. The original project was for just the garage roof (problems were very visible) and the chimneys, but replacing the house roof made sense and was cost justified. They went over the issuesand the options, then allowed us to make the decision. Re-roofing is never a pleasant (nor inexpensive) experience, but this went much better than we had anticpated. Because of the rain, start to completion took about a week, although the actual work was probably 3-4 days. Crew ranged from 2 to 5 guys at a time, as needed.
