Scott Como and his team did a fabulous job cleaning the exterior of my home. Scott was most helpful in answering my questions and explaining the services he would provide. The work was done on schedule and the cost conformed to the previously provided estimate. I'm VERY pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Ohio Pressure Wash to anyone needing exterior home cleaning services.

Scott stopped by on 5/13 to prepare a quote for the above work after I had left a phone message requesting one. He discussed the process with me, and prepared a professional/typed quote before he left. He was able to price each of the three items individually and as a package (cheaper). I was anxious to get the work done quickly since I was scheduled to be on a historic home tour 2-1/2 weeks later. Scott was able to get me scheduled 10 days from the original quote. In addition to the quote, he provided me with insurance information, and educational material on roof and deck maintenance. On the day of the job, he and his crew showed up as scheduled. As the crew worked, Scott supervised, making sure it was being done to his satisfaction. At the end, he walked the property with me, and had his crew take care of some minor issues I saw.

Scott Como and crew arrived and started right away by covering plants to prepare for washing. There was some really bad mold issues in the rear and side of house they took care of. They put a cleaner on my sandstone steps which brought them back to new and even cleaned up the side walk leading to front door. All windows were cleaned after the job was done. Great job on getting the deck washed and ready for sealing. I am very pleased on the work they did for me and would consider them again.

The work was performed well. Workers were polite, and effecient. Very happy.

Our experience with Como Pressure Washing was excellent. Scott was very quick to return my inquiry call and kept in contact with me regarding scheduling. They performed the job when I was not at home and left the bill for me. We are very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

After making an offer on a new home in late February, I was asked to take on a POS violation of having the house power washed. I found Como's here on Angie?s List, gave Scott a call, and he immediately came to the house and gave me an estimate right there on the spot. He told me of the moss issues with the roof and Scott also told me the condition of the aluminum siding wouldn't allow for the house to look brand new. He did, however, advise he would do his best to get the house clean. Because it was still snowing out, he gave me an estimated time frame of when he'd be able to come and do an effective job. He called the second week in April to let me know he'd be there next week and called me at 8 am on the date he said he would be there to advise he was at the house and was starting the job. As soon as I turned into the driveway after work my mouth dropped. The driveway was actually beige, not black as I thought it was. The brightness of the house stood out so much against the gloomy sky it almost seemed as if it glowed. I am very pleased with the job he has done and I have passed his information on to my mother who will be calling him next week. Once you have one of us, you have the whole family. Trust me; he will soon have a very busy schedule just from this family alone. Scott was very honest, polite, and professional and he often was my sounding board for all the ?joys? I was finding being a new homeowner.

They were prompt, professional, & reasonably priced. They did everything I expected & didn't leave anything to be cleaned up afterward.

We had our house pressure washed to remove 12 years of dirt and grime. We live by the lake so there are lots and lots of spider droppings and webs, midges, etc., and the Como's team washed the windows, removed loose branches from both the porch and garage roof, covered plants so they weren't damaged, and did everything, quickly, efficiently, and respectfully. Our house hasn't looked this great since we resided it. Thanks guys! Great job!

Originally, we received a quote from another power washing company we had heard of and decided to join Angie's List to check out their reputation. Although their overall rating was a "B", they had a few "F" ratings which made us uneasy. We searched other companies and decided to call Como's because of their high ratings and positive recommendations. We called to get a quote and Scott Como stopped by our house that evening to give us an estimate. He gladly honored the $75.00 coupon from Angie's List.We hired this company because of what was included in their estimate and we liked the fact that Scott, who is the owner of the company, actually works on the job with his crew. They showed up on time, were polite, were professional and completed everything that was agreed to. The house looks amazing! We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to others.

I contacted them through e-mail and got prompt responses. I was not there when the work was done, but it looks great. The vinyl siding is about 20 years old and it now looks new.

Excellent from first phone call until the job was finished. Scott (the owner) came out the same day I called to give an estimate. He applied the online coupon after the quote. The company came out the day & time they said they would. They did a great job and cleaned up beautifully.

Scott Como returned my call quickly and visited to make an estimate. He was upfront that Trex won't come completely clean, especially ours which has never been cleaned in its 10 years. After selecting him we set a date. His team of two was on time. They draped the plantings around the deck. They cleaned the deck very thoroughly (better results than expected) and did the railings and wall though they weren't part of the estimate. The whole job took about an hour. I'll use them again in a couple or three years.

Only glitch was that we'd changed date because we'd be on the road, coming back from vacation; they showed up on original date. We'd have liked to be there to supervise--and to raise wheelchair lift that masked part of drive from cleaning. But what they did was fine.

I was very grateful that I could find someone good to come out and take care of this. It looks beautiful! I also have a little shed in the back, and they completely cleaned the front of it, and I didn't even ask them to do. But that looks beautiful as well. I've had a hard time getting someone to come and clean my windows. Finally, I found Scott and I am so grateful to him. They even flushed out my downspouts. My gutters work wonderfully now. And I can see out my windows! They were very considerate when scheduling the service. They were careful and covered my exterior plants and anything else that would be affected.

Very professional, large crew so job went quickly. House was immaculate when they finished. Took 3 hours.

My house had a lot of mildew on it from the wet winter. They washed and cleaned the whole house. They power washed it, applied a wax and hand dried everything. They were very efficient. My house looks really nice. They gave the impression of knowing what they knew they were doing. They had a friendly group of people working and everyone knew their job.

Scott did a great job providing me with a quick estimate (arrived the day after I called him) and he was in regular contact with me as to when the job would be completed. My house looks amazing. Every little bit of green and dirt was removed. I also had my driveway cleaned and it looks brand-new. I've lived in my house for 15 years and had never had this type of service done before. Had I know Scott was out there, I would have done it years ago. He was professional every step of the way and his work exceeded every expectation I had. I am glad to be recommending them. The estimate was done promptly and clearly. Moss and dark fungus is gone, Scott and his crew were courteous and fast and did a quality job. They threw in the driveway, and cleaned my wicker outdoorfurniture. They said THANK YOU for hiring them. All 4 of them worked from 8 to 3. The wood looks just painted and the masonry is 6 shades lighter, all is looking fresh and new. Yes, I will rehire.

Scott is as good as his word - and more. He came out to estimate the work exactly when he said, and left a very clear estimate in the front door. He assured me that the chemicals they use are biodegradable, but I was also concerned about phosphates running into our pond. So he called his supplier and assured me that there were no phosphates in it. Then he scheduled our job in a hurry because he knew we were having a party. There were thunderstorms that day, but he called to explain and came the next day as promised. The crew did an incredible job washing years of accumulated dirt and mildew off everything he quoted. They carefully pulled the floating dock out of the water, washed it on shore, and then put it back in the water just where it had been. And then they kept going. They washed our front walk and steps, the sliding glass doors overlooking both the patio and the deck, the glass on both sides of the front door, the cover on the gas grill (which they removed from the patio and then put back in exactly the same place), and some plastic chairs I had left nearby. They did the walk without disturbing the new mulch in the garden. Since they had my garage open front and back while they were here, they even swept out the garage floor to get rid of any leaves that might have blown in. The whole process was amazing and thorough. And the price was exactly as quoted.

Scott returned phone calls, and arrived on time - that in itself sets himself apart from most contractors. In addition, he was prompt, efficient, and respectful. The services provided were performed well. The crew went above and beyond to address some hard to clean areas. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very mindful of protecting our new shrubs from the cleaning solution.

From beginning to end the services were spelled out and performed according to the contract.

Job was done very professionally and efficiently. Everything looked great. They also cleaned and improved the appearance of a concrete patio slab and entrance sidewalk, which I wasnt expecting. Were very courteous. I was happy.
