Scott's team actually arrived ahead of schedule which was even better for me. They explained what they were going to do and told me I could watch them and then they waited to see if I was satisfied. Very nice bunch of guys. They were very courteous and careful working around my landscaping. I will use them again. Very professional. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Near perfect, with all phone calls to Scott Como returned promptly = huge positive. Satisfactory price, with great results. Very courteous & professional staff. Arrived as scheduled & then worked very hard, with zero time spent standing around. And yes, the roof stains required a return visit, as 20-years of algae just didn't cooperate & disappear. But they return promptly & took care of the roof. In summary, it was worth every penny with our house looking like new again = many compliments from our neighbors. Highly recommend!!! and I'm a rather tough grader.

Scott's team was very professional and punctual and very good. Everything looks great. Unfortunately they discovered a beehive underground in one of our front beds and could not do the front walkway or the windows and house. However, Scott and his team will come back after we remove the beehive. Scott was very accommodating. I would definitely use him again. I thought the price was excellent for the amount of work and time needed for completion. I have recommended him to people already!

The men arrived and started right into work. There were 4 employees with each one having a job to do. The supervisor reviewed what they were going to do and started immediately. They cleaned out the gutters of the house and proceeded to spray the house and the garage with a cleaning solution . I was amazed as to the fact that they did not need a high pressure for the power washer. They used scrub brooms to help remove oxidation and mildew and moss. overall they did an excellent job and I am pleased with the work.

I first contacted this company for an estimate on cleaning my house. After I received the estimate I asked if or what the additional cost would be to include my deck. He gave me a date but I wasn?t going to work for me. Then he gave me another date. I am taking care of a mother with dementia and a host of other problems. Since my last email with the company my mother was in the hospital. I was also trying to coordinate multiple job that I am going to have done on the exterior of my home ( Have my house painted, Have new storm doors and shutters installed, Have my sprinkler?s system repaired, have my backyard graded and hydroseeded, and to have my back deck rehab.) I had more important things going on and I just forgot about it. Yesterday I emailed the company to ask when did you say you could clean my house. There response was we just seam to be going back and forth, and I am just going to pass on your businesses. Really! Apparently he like the fact that I did not just jump for joy an except the dated he wanted. That just life and a part of doing business. I happy that he showed lack of business etiquette. I was going to hire them to do the job, but now I know how they would have behaved if I had any issues with their work. The last date I was given was the 27thof June, but system would not accept that date.

Great! Scott came out to give th estimate and was very friendly. I got a second estimate which was a little less and he matched it. I set up the appointement for 11. I got home at 11:15 and they were already done and gone.

They did an excellent job. I am very happy with it. They know what they are doing. The house came out looking like brand new.

Scott Como is reliable from start to finish with defining the services provided in the 7 Step process, taking the time to provide answers to any questions on the services, price quote and following through to the finish. He is very professional and his team is very reliable. My home looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Scott was extremely helpful in explaining the available packages. He visited our home quickly and gave us a firm quotation, which he did not stray from when we contracted the service. He had a large crew out on the agreed upon date, and they were clean, professional and efficient. House and deck never looked better. Highly recommended.

Scott Como runs an excellent company/service and we were very pleased with the outcome. We heartily recommend Scott and his team of workers. Scott responded quickly to our request for an estimate -- leaving a written estimate, including information on his 6 step house wash process. He communicates well, always returning phone calls regarding further questions, explaining his work and seeking a good weather date for the service. He used a double team for our large, two-story home and we were impressed with their hard work and 'respect' for our home -- especially the inside window cleaners respect for our draperies, carpets, while washing the windows to a sparkling finish. The exterior was hand pressure washed to remove dirt, oxidation, mildew, with high power hot rinse; applied a rinse wax; cleaned all exterior windows; cleaned gutters & flushed downspouts; rinsed walkways. We selected Como's service because it is largely done by 'hand' with beautiful, sparkling results! We got this company's referral from Angie's List and are happy to heartily continue to recommend it to others. Scott's excellent communications with the customer means all expectations can be pleasantly met. "Yes", anything cleanable, his team of workers strive to make it look the best!

They were very responsive when we contacted them to get a quote. They were also very good at getting the job done quickly and very effectively. While they were cleaning the sidewalk they also noted an area on our home that had moss on it and power washed that area off as well. We were very pleased with their service and professionalism.

Found Mr. Como and his team through Angie's list and am glad I did. He brought a big crew that worked quickly to make my house literally shine. He also personally oversaw the work. Given the total man hours and hard and efficient work, the price is just right. If you have a vinyl sided house or if you have fungus or miss on your roof these guys will impress.

same as a above. They were hired to power wash patio and drive way and spray chemical to kill vegetation but they also killed my shrubs and burned my grass .

I was very impressed with the result that my house is very white and clean. I had not had it cleaned since I moved in over ten years ago. All of the green mold came off in corners where they are not exposed to the sun. The gutters came clean, which happily surprised me, because they were quite dirty looking. Included in the price, was the added bonus of having my outside windows cleaned. Overall. The best feature of this cleaning crew, beside the fact that my house looks great, is that they wash the house with soft mops on long handles. So the house is sprayed before and after with so much less pressure, which can damage the siding. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of my daughter' s house, which looks like a challenge.

I was most interested in how they use low pressure and hand wash the siding with brushes. After the service was complete we noticed there were some areas that were not as cleaned as we had hoped. Scott came back out as soon as possible with a full crew to make sure we were satisfied with the job that was done.

Highly recommend this company! Our siding and guttering were in dire need of cleaning and we were not sure if some of the places either would come clean. Scott arrived with a quote within 1 day of my initial call. The quote was extremely reasonable and Scott followed up with a phone call to make sure that we understood what was listed in the quote. Our only concern was regarding use of water since we are on a well; Scott explained that his crew would bring water in order not to put a strain on our well. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, the crew arrived on time and they were very courteous; introducing themselves and walking around the house with me before they began in order to ascertain exactly what we had in mind and what questions we may have about their process. The care that was taken with our landscaping was much appreciated as everything was covered before the work began. Within two hours, our house and guttering looked brand new! Before we were asked to pay, the crew leader asked us to take a look at everything and make sure we were happy with the job. Much to our surprise, our front walkway had been scrubbed making it look like freshly poured concrete and this was not part of the quote. Will definitely use this company again.
