+ -1 moreMyself and a neighbor were looking to replace our gas insert which when used pulled all the heat out of the house and up the chimney. This unit is sealed and provides radiant heat. We researched a couple of places and American Home and Energy seemed to have the complete package. After visiting the store and getting an estimate of the cost, we researched the company and product. Our second visit was to answer questions and concerns. They were very accommodating and provided paperwork to support any and all concerns. A visit to our homes was scheduled to determine how the unit would be installed and the exact size of the box. Once this was complete, we were sent a quote. We returned to the store and signed the contract. Within 2 1/2 weeks they installed the units. They were on time, laid tarps on the floor and . They were friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. The unit is fantastic, the heat generated from the fireplace is amazing. My neighbor and I would recommend this company and the product to anyone.
Description of Work: Installed a Regency insert, it provides radiant heat and has an electronic ignition.
