Description of Work: My neighbor hired this company to install a parking pad. Mr. Lubbers excavated my property and did not have my permission. He stated it was not his problem because he did not know where the property lot lines were and I should look to my neighbor for restitution. He refuses to restore my property to the condition it was prior to his mistake.
