 + -1 moreWas great! Even after the initial call, when I had a few minor glitches pop up, I could always rely on Jeremy to respond promptly & solve the problems.
Description of Work: We had been through several visits from others trying to resolve our router problems (2 new computers, old router not strong enough). Jeremy was super. Was very responsive, came when promised. Followed through until the problems were resolved. After having spent about 3 months in "Computer H***" trying to get at least one of our many computers up & running, Jeremy had us online in no time and saved us money by having us return some of the unneeded equipment another provider had convinced us to purchase (all unnecessary).
