 + -1 moreRoberts team was very friendly and communicated everything that was wrong what needed done to fix the issue. They fixed my plumbing issues which ended up being a big job of tearing up my concrete patio and replumbing under the house to my well and fixing the problems caused by previous contractor then pouring a new concrete patio and sidewalks. They were very professional and polite and finished the job in a timely manner. They were always available for any questions I had and made sure I was pleased with everything once they completed the job. I highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreI talked with company over the phone, not in person. They were friendly and very clearly explained situation, cause and what to expect with repair.My tenant was very pleased with their service visit and time spent explaining what to expect from repair. I have already recommended this company to another family in Deshler. They also experienced great service and a successful repair to their main supply line.
Description of Work: Septic system was not functioning correctly, water was backing up into house(in tub, sinks) and we could not determine the cause. Roberts Septic came out and within 30 minutes diagnosed issue, clog near intake to septic tank, fixed the problem and gave a recommendation of future repair. Suggestions were provided with a timeframe of when additional repairs would be needed, along with a resonable estimate of cost for future service.

 + 0 moreNo problems at all. We monitored the service performed from start to finish. Everything was done very professionally and thoroughly. This is the second time we have used this company and would definitely recommend Robert's Sewer Service to family and friends.
