I previously left a negative review of this service provider because after leaving two messages at their contact number, it took them two weeks to call be back. But when they did finally call back, they were courteous promptly scheduled an appointment and completed the work just as promised, so I am pleased to now give them a favorable review.

+ -1 moreWhen contacted they came out quickly for the quote. Explained what needed to be done. Sent quote via e-mail. they needed to schedule the repair when they had 2 techs but they were on time and installed the new glass with out an issue.

+ -1 moreWe arrived at our house we use on the weekend and discovered the last wind storm broke a branch off into our window and shattered both panes in the large picture window. Because of the good reviews on Angie's List I called on a Saturday and they came out within 2 hours and completely replaced the window, cleaned everything up and was extremely professional and efficient.

+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job at explaining why the seal failed on the old window and ran a bead of sealer on the outside to prevent any water from getting in this time.
Description of Work: I called Wayne to install a sidelight next to my front door that was warranty from the mfg. It had fogged up from the seal leaking and Wayne came out and had the replacement in an half hour. There was a miscommunication on the price from the quote that my wife got from him originally, but he quickly resolved that.

+ -1 moreVery well, the work was done in our driveway and the glass was switched out quickly. Our neighbors are also very pleased with Wayne's work. So in summary do get the windows repaired, it will cost less than 20% of the replacement price. Wayne is a friendly, nice guy.
Description of Work: This is the second time we have used Inst-I-Glass, a large 3 pane window in our dining room had 3 foggy insulated glass panes. We found some one to replace some soft wood and had the glass panes replaced with low-e, argon filled ones. Last fall Inst-I-Glass replaced two fogged up glass panes in our kitchen windows. We spent a total of about $1100 for all the repairs, the best price we could find to get these two windows replaced was $7200. Our home has lots of nice wood trim, so vinyl was not an option. I wish we had know that replacement of insulated glass panes was an option a few years ago, we would have saved a lot of money. Wayne Nowakowski did the work in a prompt professional manner. He carefully removed and reused the existing trim, so things looked perfect when he was finished. He removed his shoes in our home and cleaned up everything. We are very pleased with his work and so far 2 of our neighbors have used his services.
