I got them off of Angie's List. I was very pleased with their service. The job went very good. They did what they needed to do to get it done. It was all done in one day. When they were finished, it didn't look like anything had been repaired. It looked brand new. It didn't mismatch or anything and it looked really good. I would use them again in the future if need be.

Everything was excellent - from the quote to the installation of the product. They did exactly what they quoted us, showed up on time and were professional. We are extremely satisfied with the gutters and downspouts. They match our trim color exactly and they aren't even painted! We would definitely recommend Richmark to our friends, colleagues and neighbors. They install a quality product at a great price.

I called and left a message. Someone called back. He said another person would call to schedule a time for an evaluation and estimate. The other person never called back.

The estimator was quick to respond and very accommodating. Excellent communicators. When I found an error in the billing, it was rectified immediately. I was not at the home when the installation occurred, but I was told that it was done efficiently, with good clean up. I hope the guards do the job!

Mr. G came on time and gave the quote. I mentioned that I wanted to seal and paint the fascia before installing the new gutter. After he left, I made the call about the back gutter as well and he gave the quote and asked if I wanted to seal and paint that too. I did. He sent his crew out two days before the scheduled installation and they removed the back gutter and took both away. He worked with me to give me ample time to seal and paint. On the scheduled day, they arrived on schedule and quickly installed the new gutters. I looked at the work and am very happy with the job they did. Despite sending the crew out twice, the cost estimate ($368) was honored.

They returned my phone call promptly. They arrived on time at the scheduled appointment to give me a free estimate. They were polite and professional and completed the work within the week. The repair cost exactly what they quoted me. I would use this company again.

Called over a month ago for new gutters, never showed or heard from them

The September windstorm ripped off the gutters from 3 sides of our house. Richmark was very prompt with an estimate. The estimate was very fair. Because of the windstorm, he was busy but he did the work within 2 weeks which I felt was very good under the circumstances.

Called Mark and left a message. Within a few minutes he gave me a call right back and we setup a date for a quote. He did the quote and I accepted his offer. The work was performed on the date we scheduled with little interaction from me. They fixed the gutter and also went around the entire house and tightened all the other gutters and gave me some good advice about my roof. I don't remember the exact amount of the bill but I think it was very reasonable. No mess was left by any of the workers, very professional!!

Excellent work. Very prompt and responsive. Since one of our gutters was almost completely ripped off by the heavy snowfall, we were getting water in the basement from the subsequent heavy Spring rains. Richmark made sure to get the job done fast, to stop that problem for us.

Wow! You hear the term "customer service" tossed around a lot but rarely experience it. If you want to be treated as a valued customer from start to finish, these are the guys to go with. These are friendly, experienced, professional guys who really go out of their way. It didn't matter whether the job was big or small I was met with a smile and a handshake. I was quite pleased with the original work they did, I feel I came out ahead because of how easy it is working with them and how nice it looks, lots of compliments. This was a small matter but the owner personally came over to check it out. He quickly evaluated the situation, knew exactly what to do, and made several suggestions to improve things. There was a full team out here when promised and they quickly and professionally took care of everything. No mess, no fuss and they even cleaned out the gutters for me!!! A delight to work with!

They were very accommodating and pleasant to have on site. We haven't had a good hard rain to test the gutters, but they look great. My conversations with Mark indicated that he knew what he was doing. We felt well taken care of. If their scheduled appointment was not possible due to rain, they called to inform us and rescheduled.

All though I decided to do the work myself I did so based upon their suggestions.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The workers even removed a pile of leaves on our roof which had become matted down (I really appreciated not having to get on the roof to do this myself!)
