Kleen Water Systems

A little unprofessional with the excessive talking but did a nice job.

I used Angi to find a well repair company as the one a friend had referred us to simply wouldnâ t return a call or text. Keith at Kleen Water Systems called me within a couple of hours (or less) of my submittal for quotes. Kleen did the site visit in two days and had us an estimate not long after. They were onsite fixing our 40 year old well. We tested it and everything was working same day! Our well is near a pool and lots of concrete and nothing was damaged or disturbed. We will likely use them to install a pressure tank to ensure longevity of the well. We were thrilled with the entire process! Please note, they encountered some challenges and handled them like pros! Price was fair for work as well.

They came out the same day and had the pump we needed. Others told us it would be weeks or didn't respond at all.

Keith had came out and figured out the problem with the well within 24 of me calling him and came out and installed a well pump the same week. We got clean water and was back to normal!

They did a great job checking and replacing the sump pump. I actually had it done same day Last thing you want is for your pump to fail. Get it inspected.

They came out the same morning and were very courteous. They explained everything they were doing and how the mechanics worked (and what wasn t working in our system). When our issue turned out to be more complicated than originally thought, they made sure we had temporary water service for the night and rearranged their schedule for the next day to make sure our issue was taken care of. The cost was higher than originally estimated but that was because our issue was much worse than originally thought. The final cost was reasonable. The crew was friendly and professional.

I had a whole house system installed in 2014. Service has been slow/unresponsive on several occasions. Latest problem: They scheduled a service appointment for yesterday 8/15/2019 and they never showed. I called in the afternoon to find out if/when they were going to show up. Called again at 8:30 am today .8/16/19. No response. Save yourself some grief. Look elsewhere.

These folks have answered my every call when needed and have performed superbly to my every need. Thanks Keith and all others involved.
