Excellent service, communication, and stuck to timeframe on project

My well pump stopped working, and they came out the next day. The person they sent for the initial tests obviously didn't know what they were doing and had to call someone else to have them walk him through it over the phone. They said the pump was bad, and so they came out and replaced it that night. They actual replacing of the well pump went well and was very professional. However, after it was installed the new pump still didn't work correctly at first. They then removed the piece that they ran the initial tests on and it worked. So, was that piece really the problem all along and the person testing it just did a poor job or was it actually still the pump? I'll never know now. They were also supposed to come back and extend the casing, but I never heard from them again. I left a voicemail and sent and email and got no response. I know my house is pretty far from their location, but if they don't want to come out that far then they should remove it from their service area on here.

This company is not reliable! We got our water system from them and also purchased the maintenance plan... the system seemed to be good except filters that should last MONTHS were only lasting ONE month if that the company was coming and putting the filters in which was part of the plan we PAID for. My husband decided we would just put them in on our own (it was hard to get a hold of them and they were unwilling to come out because it wasnt "time" for the filter change) so we googled how to do it then put it in on our own and for ONCE the filter LASTED! i called and left a message for them to call me back which nobody ever did so i called and left a message letting them know that i thought the filter may have been changed wrong and thats why it wasnt lasting... it was once again time for them to come out to change our filter along with the UV bulb and again the same person who changed it all the times before ( the owners son) came back out to do it... i was hoping since i called they would have trained him on how to change it correctly... unfortunately not even 2 days later our water was smelling extremely bad again so bad i dont want to shower or even wash our clothes or dishes in it!!!! i once again called in to address this issue and nobody would call me back so i called until i could reach a person they then told me they just make appointments but would contact their boss (the owner) and have him call me and if he wasnt going to call me tonight she promised she would call me back because they would make it right.... it is now 857pm and i have received no call from either person .... i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND .... if ur water really has an issue and its not that u would just like filtered water i would find a better company this was a waste of my time and money i am VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

Our pump broke down and they came out the same day and got a new pump working, then came back a few days later with equipment to replace casing

Very professional and did everything they could to get water to me as soon as possible. They had some equipment issues that delayed the project, but everyone in the company have always been very friendly and worked hard to get my issues fixed!

They not only solved my immediate problem, which was a faulty pressure tank but they found out it was under a warranty and I only had to pay for labor. They also changed all the filters (6 of them) and did all kinds of cool checking and prevention stuff.

The servicemen were friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job and it didn't take them long to install a completely new system. Our water is much better.
