+ -1 moreHE CAME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE, BUT THE WORK DESCRIBED WAS NOT WHAT WE WANTED DONE. I CALLED HIM, TOLD HIM, AND FAXED HIM WHAT WE DID WANT DONE, HE NEVER RESPONDED. A SECOND TIME (TWO WEEKS LATER) I CALLED AND FAXED HIM, STILL WITH NO RESPONSE. THE THIRD TIME I CALLED HE STATED HE WANTED TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE WORK. HE DID SO, AND CAME BACK WITH AN ESTIMATE HIGHER THAN THE FIRST ONE. AT THAT POINT WE DECIDED NOT TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. HE HAS NOW INVOICED US FOR $50, FOR THE SECOND ESTIMATE. NO FEES WERE EVER MENTIONED OR DISCUSSED, NOR DID I AGREE TO ANY FEES FOR THE SECOND TRIP OUT, WHICH WAS AT HIS INSISTENCE.
Description of Work: I CALLED HIM TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON A CONCRETE LEVELING PROJECT.
