What wired by someone cutting a 220 50 Amp for stove and stuck into a open junction box in the attic, so bad glitches turn on a light and toast would turn on type of crap. His guys came in not only fixes the light issues in the kitchen , but added a outright in the bathroom. , added a exterior outlet outside back door that wasn't there . They also dropped a switch in living room wall for a ceiling fan in the middle of the living room. Ceiling which no power was ever previously there. They did all that what seamed like 20 mins. Would taken me all day to fish the wires down in the walls the way they did Even then I'm sure I would of ended up making holes in drywall. They did it a quickly without damage. Qhem I'm ready to rewire my hous correctly and upgrade my fuse boxes and wiring Doug at D&S definitely going to be first electrician I call. I called to receive an estimate for electrical work for a complete kitchen remodel. Doug arrived promptly, completed a walk through and told me I could expect an estimate in a couple days. After a week I called to see find out the status of the estimate and he apologized and told me they were really busy and that he would have it to me shortly. After another week I called again and left a message. No return call or estimate ever arrived. It’s been over 2 months. I have hired someone else in the meantime. Very poor customer service.

I left a message with Doug on a Sunday and he responded within a half hour and was at my mother's house first thing Monday morning and finished the work in about three hours. A tree had fallen during a storm and tore the wiring and meter off the side of the house. My mom was without power or heat so the quick response by D and S was very much appreciated. Doug and his crew were extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely hire them again.

The job went extremely well. The crew communicated with each other so everyone knew who was responsible for each task. The crew also change some wiring the existing attached garage. They noticed a door opener that was run off an extension cord through the attic, a very likely fire hazard. They wired it correctly and added a new receptacle also. This is not the first time I hired D&S Electric, they did all the electrical on my commercial building 15 years ago. When ever I call Doug to do something he gets it done right away. Wonderfully. I scheduled this company long distance for my elderly father (got their name from Angie’s List). My brother, who does this type of work also, was there several days after the work was done and said they did a great job. I had received an estimate from another company that was more than twice what D & S charged.

Doug provided a competitive estimate in a timely manner. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and completed the electrical panel replacements ahead of schedule. Their work fully met our expectations. They left the site as clean as they found it. We would definitely hire them for additional electrical work.

I contacted D&S Electric to upgrade my service he responded quickly and was very friendly and professional, he cane out that night and took a look at the work he said that he would get us the quote the next day . The next day we had the quote and approved the work to be done , 3 days later doug and his guys came out replaced and replaced our panel and meter base they were fast and cleaned up after they were done. The city inspector came out and looked at the work ans said that everything looked great . Doug and his guys were great to work with and were professional, i would definitively recommend them to others.
