Heaven Scent

Description of Work: Called the Heaven Scent number for information last week after receiving a flier under my mailbox flag a few weeks ago. I spoke to the owner for a good 20-30 minutes. She was very polite and forthcoming with her information. They have been in business for about a year, but already have about 25-30 clients. They not only do house cleaning, but also commercial cleaning for newly constructed homes, Chick Filet and Tim Hortons when they open new stores. They also have a $2M insurance plan that covers them if they break anything valuable in my house by accident (hopefully will be a non-issue, but is a benefit to me so they can replace it). I have scheduled a "Deep Clean" session for the week before I have Christmas dinner with family at our house. Our house is approximately 1600 sq. ft, so the cost was quoted as $300-350, and would require 3-4 people for about 4-5 hours to clean. Which means it is top to bottom - description included the following (but not limited to) wipe all outer cabinet and door surfaces, all floor boards, floors, toilet inside and out, ceiling fans, inside and outside of stove and microwave, outside of all applicances, blinds, underneath all furniture and furniture cushions, etc... They were also flexible to let me schedule most of the cleaning during the week, but to do my office on Saturday since I work from home and cannot be disturbed during the week day. I am really looking forward to having them clean my house on 12/19/12 and 12/22/12, and I will post another review after they are done. I plan to use them afterwards for a monthly service, which she quotes at about $90 for my size house.

Description of Work: They were cleaning for me. Then I hired them as handymen. They tore out my walk-in bathtub & replaced it with a standard bathtub.
