The initial work was done quickly, but the quality was poor. It was very difficult to get a response to getting things repaired, and the repairs were poor quality also.
Description of Work: I contracted with the company to remove an asphalt driveway and replace it with a concrete driveway. I also had a stamped concrete patio added that connected the driveway to the side door. The work was done on time and initially seemed to be of good quality, although there were several details that were not done as well as I expected. Some of the stress lines in the concrete were not straight, and concrete stain was on the brick of the house and could not be removed. The trouble was that several places in the driveway cracked within 6 months, during the first winter. Multiple cracks in the top and bottom of the driveway. I called to have the cracks repaired or the sections replaced, and was told the repairs could not happen until the ground warmed up next spring. That made sense, so I waited. Called again in the spring, they were really busy and had me on the list, called about once a month and was no longer getting calls back. No contact from the company, except for the call I got telling me the cracking was probably from using the driveway too much. What?? I finally got a call over a year from the original work, 9/11, that they could fix my driveway if I could let them do it that day. Luckily I was home form work and could let them start. They replaced the sections that were cracked, but it was not a very good job. The concrete is a slightly different color, and they put extra saw lines in the concrete to make sure it doesn't crack again. It does not look good, and the new concrete is already starting to crack again. I will not be dealing with this company again.

They have been out to pour two different patios for us. We went with them because they were much cheaper than anybody else. They are there when they say they will be and they are very competitively priced.
