+ -1 moreI didn’t really care for them. First, it was that they came in here to finish the job. They worked for a little while and then they were out to get some part, I wasn’t sure when they were coming back or if.
Description of Work: I use Dad Patchen Inc for electrical services. They installed some heaters and redid an electric box, just a general upgrade.

+ -1 moreNot only would I use this company again I would not even waste my time letting another company come in. When you find a company you can trust you stick with them!!!!!!!! My Husband and I were both shocked that a 2 man crew could get so much done in less than a day. One did the outside work and one did the inside. I was comfortable with both men in my home as they were both VERY perfessional.
Description of Work: We had some electrical problems and called this company. Spurge Tedrow showed up the same day and explained to us what had happened and said we needed a new box because ours was no longer safe. He also showed us many wires (1940's home) that we no longer use and needed cleaned up. He showed us electrical that was no longer in code and needed updated. And when doing the work he found and fixed wires that had been spliced and were unsafe. He said our Garage was wired to the box wrong and added a box just for it. We were very impressed with his honesty in explaining and knowledge of our needs. When I questioned Spurge on a way he was going to do something he seemed taken aback. He said he would do it that way because that was in code and he would NEVER do a job that was not in code. It was comforting to know we found someone who cared about doing the job right! Not once in our time with this company did we ever feel uncomfortable or that they were out to scrimp to save a dime on the job. After the bid was signed we added 4 wall plugs to the list and the price for that was far cheaper then I ever expected also.

+ -1 moreThey worked with some other people. Their price was a little high, but I was happy with it. Their quality of work was excellent. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were excellent. I would use them again in the future if need be. In fact, they just did some work in my sister’s house.
Description of Work: I used the services of Dad Patchen Inc in 2010. I had built a new garage and I had them put in some extensive wiring and everything.

+ 1 moreThe experience was good. From the estimate to the fixing, they did a great job! The staff was very personable and answered all of the questions. They left some written instructions for us to ensure that we understood what they fixed and how to use it. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They did some outside work with the yard lights and some inside work with installing a new bathroom fixture.
