 + -1 moreELI VISITED OUR HOUSE A TOTAL OF THREE TIMES. THE FIRST WAS TO TALK TO US ABOUT OUR VISION FOR THE ADDITION. THE SECOND TIME WAS TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS, AND THE THIRD TIME WAS TO DISCUSS THE BLUEPRINTS. WE HAD AGREED THAT HE WOULD DRAW THE INITIAL BLUEPRINTS AND THEN WE WOULD REVIEW FOR CHANGES. THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE. ON HIS THIRD VISIT HE HAD ALREADY BROUGHT 6 COPIES OF THE BLUE PRINTS AND EXPECTED TO BE PAID. WE FELT AWKWARD ASKING HIM TO MAKE CHANGES. HE DID A VERY NICE JOB, BUT WAS HESITANT TO CHANGE THE PLANS SINCE HE DOESN'T USE AUTOCAD AND DREW IT BY HAND.
Description of Work: DREW BLUEPRINTS FOR AN ADDITION THAT WOULD PASS CITY APPROVAL.
