Description of Work: I would strongly recommend Thomas Irrigation, Inc for any irrigation/sprinkler work. Excellent work and very fair pricing for services rendered. This company will be permanently added to my phone contacts for all future sprinkler issues. After turning on my sprinkler system ( May 15th, 2017) I discovered I had a huge problem when my front lawn began to flood. Thomas Irrigation was the only company that would come out to see fix a broken underground sprinkler line within two days of calling; the earliest several other companies also on Angie's list could not fit me was June 1st. Thomas Irrigation fix the problem on May 18th; it appears that we moved into our home in Oct. 2016, the cable line installation severed the line after the system has been shut down, therefore, the problem was not noticed until we turned it back on in May. Thomas, with a three man crew, dug deep into the lawn, found the break, repaired, tested it, as well as all other zones, and put my lawn back looking as if no digging occurred. This entire process took about one hour, and the charge was only $ 70.00.

Description of Work: Tom came out to the house and was very professional and down to business. He seemed like a very busy person, but he found a way to get out to see us. We asked him to give us an estimate on flowerbox irrigation on the outside of the house, incuding upstairs, as well as hanging deck flowers. He quickly surveyed the property and came up with a very fair estimate, hundereds of dollars below anyone else, answering our questions thoroughly as to how it would be tied into the main water supply. He scheduled us within a couple of weeks and completed the job in less than 1/2 day. He showed us how the system worked and even came back while we were out of town to tweak a flowerbox off the deck. We were mostly impressed with his professionalism and pride in doing the job right. Later, in the Fall, he came back and winterized, also at a very low cost. I deal with a great many contractors and have to put up with lots of broken promises and sub-quality work. This guy does what he says and knows how it will affect his company in the long run. I would highly reccommend Thomas Irrigation.

Description of Work: Sprinkler system was not working. Tom got it running right away. He then replace four sprinkler heads and completed job within 2 hours. Very nice man, easy to talk to.

+ -1 moreQUOTE RECEIVED FOR IRRIGATION SYSTEM. TOM WAS ON TIME and EXPLAINED THE PROCESS. HIS QUOTE WAS THE LOWEST OF THE THREE THAT WE RECEIVED. THE QUOTE WAS NOT VERY DETAILED and DIDN'T INCLUDE A DESIGN, ONLY A DESCRIPTION. BASED ON THE CONVERSATION, I WOULD ASSUME HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE INSTALLATION and MAINTENANCE. THE REASON WE DID NOT CHOOSE HIM WAS THAT THE PROFESSIONALISM and DETAILS OF THE JOB, COMPARED TO OTHERS, WAS NOT ON THE SAME LEVEL.

HIS PEOPLE WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY CLEANED UP VERY NICELY. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. HE HAD SOME REAL CHALLENGES DOING MY PLACE AND HE DID A GREAT JOB AND NEVER COMPLAINED AT ALL.
