They were able to take care of it in a timely manner, explained exactly what they had to do and completed the job in the time estimated. The service rep was very professional and made sure that I understood exactly what work was performed and answered my questions to my satisfaction. They were very knowledgeable and helpful from the moment I placed the call till the job was complete!

They were great from start to finish. Marti in the office is very nice, helpful and professional. They came out and gave an estimate. They answered our many questions in person and over the phone. They did a great installation and did a nice job cleaning up. They provided a reliable product. They handled all the warranty paperwork. They have even been back to check on the equipment. I would highly recommend.

Rieke Heating & Cooling came to our home to do a repair job on my furnace. They service technician was professional and courteous. They were efficient they finished the job and cleaned up. They did exactly what they said they would do and the rates were reasonable. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Came home on a Thursday to no heat in the house. Checked ANgie's list and came away with three potential contractors (one was Rieke) . When I was at breakfast at the Falls Family Restaurant I mentioned to the owner Al about my predicament. A fellow customer said "call me friend Rieke" so I did. He was at the house that same morning. Repair took less than a hour. The drain pipes he installed were nicely done. Simple but quick and low priced. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: Two issues 1) no heat 2) a pump for the furnace was making a lot of noise. Problem number 1 was due to a faulty thermostat. Problem number 2 was due to a pump that was on its last legs (12 years old) When he called to tell be about the problem he asked me if I wanted to change it myself or he would change it. [Nice to get the option since most other work around the house has been done by myself or my wife] However, I opted for him to fix it right then and there. Part of the reason was that he could have easily sold me a new pump, but he noted that the pump wasn't even required. he noted that I had a floor drain right next to the furnace. No reason not to simply route the waste water right to the floor drain. Nice to have someone who treats a problem the same way I would.

We had Rieke Heating perform an annual preventive maintainence (though we hadn't done one in a few years). John and an assistant arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional and customer oriented. Roughly an hour later they finished inspecting, cleaning, and lubricanting all the parts in our Carrier forced air furnace and replaced the filter in our AprilAire system as well as a general inspection of the conduits to the outside and of them outside. I feel more comfortable the furnace won't have any issues over winter now.

They arrived in the scheduled time frame. While they requested two days for the work they were able to complete the system installation in one day. A testimonial that they are very skilled and knowledgeable. They cleaned up all the scrap and material after the job was done. Finally, the owner provided a complete explaination of how to maintain the filter system, aprilaire and finally operate the controls on the thermatstat. I recommend this vendor highly.
Description of Work: Installed a complete system, Furnace, Filter, Air conditioner, Humidifier. The owner provided a full explanation of the installed system, recommended using the existing Aprilaire humidifier and installing a Aprilaire Filter system which was a more practical approach then other quoted suppliers. The installation was completed by the owner and crew. The installation was completed on time and within one day. Very impressive. I would definitely recommend this company. The owner and crew is very knowledgeable and does not hype unnecessary products to increase the installation cost.

THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. BEING NEW TO THE COMMUNITY, WE ARE GLAD WE FOUND RIEKE HEATING THE FIRST TIME AROUND. THEY ARE THE BEST! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. I FEEL SAFE KNOWING THEY ARE MAINTAINING MY HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS.
Description of Work: WE HAD A BAD IGNITION CONTROL ON OUR 15 YEAR OLD FURNACE. WE ALSO HAD A SMALL GAS LEAK. THE FURNACE FAILED TO RUN AT ALL. CRAIG INSTALLED THE NEW CONTROL, FIXED THE LEAK AND CLEANED THE FURNACE.
