 + -1 moreEverything was great. They are very reliable and give very good quality. Their prices are very reasonable. They are very upfront and honest. He is here when he says he is going to be. They are very professional. We have used them several times and would use them over and over again.
Description of Work: Residential Dreams put in new linoleum flooring in a bathroom for us. The sub-flooring had some water problems and they had to take that out. They also had to take the toilet out and it was kind of a big repair job. We have used them several times.

 + 4 moreI first noticed some water damage a couple of weeks ago. Dave came and looked at it and couldn't give me a price as he didn't know the extent of the damage untill he looked under the flooring. He gave me a high and low estimate and the actual price came in about 80% of the high price. Dave showed up when promised and did a complete job, cleaning up the sight after finishing. I have used Dave's services before to repair vinyl siding and replace a window and a door and will continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: Remodeled bathroom and installed new bathroom toilet and floor in the upstairs master bathroom.
