 + -1 moreLousy. They promised to come twice and never showed up. I had even talked with the owner.
Description of Work: Called this company twice to kill carpenter bees. I was told that his truck broke down but he would be out Monday. No one came. I called Wednesday and they said I was on the top of the list. I waited a week and still no show. I called another Angie's List member who came the same day.

 + -1 moreIt was difficult getting in touch with them as they did not call back right away and someone was on vacation at the time. But, I feel that they are honest and I would use them again.
Description of Work: They came to remove a hornets nest in our lawn. When they got here, the spray we had used had finally taken effect and he said that there was no need to waste our money.

 + -1 moreTHE PAPER NEST WAS BIGGER THAN A VOLLEYBALL. THE SERVICEMAN WAS PROMPT, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. HE HAD 30 YRS. OF EXPERIENCE. A FEW HOURS AFTER SPRAYING THE NEST, I FELT IT WAS SAFE ENOUGH TO GO OUT IN MY BACK YARD. THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS FIELD AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS. THE PRICE WAS ALSO EXCELLENT, COMPARED TO TWO OTHER COMPANIES I HAD CALLED.
Description of Work: EXTERMINATED A COLONY OF YELLOW JACKETS.

 + -1 moreI THINK THEY ONLY EDGED ONCE. THEY DIDNT PICK THE WEEDS ON THE FENCE. COST IS FOR THE MONTH. WHEN I CALLED THEM A COUPLE OF TIMES IT TOOK THEM AWHILE TO CALL ME BACK. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID, I DID NOT FEEL THAT THEIR SERVICE WAS UP TO PAR. THE LAWN WAS UNEVEN AND HAD PATCHES OF WEEDS. WHEN WE CALLED TO CANCEL THEY NEVER CALLED TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY NEVER CALLED.
Description of Work: THEY WERE TO DO FERTILIZATION AND WEED CONTROL, WEEKLY MOWING, TRIMMING, AND EDGING. THEY WERE ALSO TO DO WEEKLY MAINTENANCE. FOR A SEPARATE COST THEY WERE GOING TO TRIM HEDGES EVERY 5 WEEKS.

 + -1 moreHAS USED SINCE 1995. HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM LAST OCT., BUT SIGNED WITH THEM AGAIN THIS SPRING. THE MOWER THEY USED WAS TOO BIG AND THEY TORE THE SIDE OF THE GARAGE. MEMBER WARNED THEM NOT TO DO IT AGAIN, AND THEY LEFT WITHOUT CUTTING HER LAWN.
