+ -1 moreFROM THE INITIAL ESTIMATE UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE JIM WAS PROFESSIONAL AND A PERFECTIONIST. HE DOES GREAT WORK AND THIS WAS THE SECOND FLOOR HE HAS DONE FOR US.
Description of Work: JIM AND CREW SANDED OUR WOOD FAMILY ROOM FLOOR AND STEPS, REMOVED THE IMPERFECTIONS AND REFINISHED.

+ -1 moreJIM REFINISHED OUR ENTIRE HOME OF THE THREE CONTRACTORS I CALLED I FELT HE WAS THE MOST HONEST. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT SEVERAL PET STAIN AREAS HE SAID THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE WOOD. THE OTHER CONTRACTORS BRUSHED IT OFF. THE FLOORS WERE COMPLETED IN 4 DAYS AND HE CLEANED UP WELL. JIM WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT THE FINISH JOB WAS EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: REFINISHED ENTIRE HOME APPROX 1000 SQ FT AND REPLACED AREAS OF WOOD.
