+ -1 moreTim McKenna did excellent work. Very professional, timely and high quality work. Very knowledgeable, yet willing to call a manufacturer for a question he couldn't answer off hand. I'd strongly endorse Tim for anybody in need of a plumber.
Description of Work: Fixed a clogged sink, installed a hot water tank drain, assorted other odds and ends.

+ -1 more.Jim McKenna who goes by the twitter handle "It's the Plumber" did and excellent job. I asked him to install 3 shutoff valves on a sink and toilet. Not only did he do a fine job of that, he located a leaking rusted iron pipe inside the wall and replaced that. He also tightened up the main valve which was slightly leaking when I shut it off. He said it was the packing. I have had other plumbers take me for a ride on stuff like this so I appreciate his honesty. Punctual, fast and professional.

+ -1 moreNot only did they replace the pump, but they took the time to diagnose and replace my backup system with the latest technology. The new setup performed like a champ during Superstorm Sandy. We are clean and dry!
Description of Work: I had a sump pump fail and my basement flooded. Tim came out the same day and replaced the pump.
