Job was done less than a week after signing. They added several low maintenance plants. Looks beautiful. They're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Will use again.

WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED WITH THE OWNER GEOFF AND HIS DEDICATED CREW. THE CREW PAID SUCH SPECIAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL ENSURING A BEAUTIFUL LOOK. AND WERE INCREDIBLY METICULOUS ABOUT CLEAN UP. WE NOW HAVE A POND TO DIE FOR.... WITH FISH AND ALL. WE WERE CONCERNED THAT NEARBY WILDLIFE MIGHT HARM THE FISH BUT GEOFF AND HIS CREW MADE SURE THERE WERE LAYERS TO THE POND SO THEY COULD HIDE FROM PREDATORS AND WOULD BE SAFE. THE MULCH THEY LAID DOWN LOOKS INCREDIBLE. WE HAVE HAD MULCH PLACED BEFORE BUT NEVER WITH SUCH CARE AND DEDICATION. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, AND DID A SUPERB JOB. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANGIES LIST CUSTOMERS WHO WANT BEAUTIFULLY LANDSCAPED PONDS. SPECIAL THANKS GO OUT TO HIS CREW: AMANDA,DARLENE, GAIL, JOSH AND RILEY FOR MAKING OUR POND AND ENTIRE YARD LOOK SO LOVELY. DEFINITELY A GREAT COMPANY TO HAVE AS YOUR LANDSCAPERS/POND INSTALLERS AND SUCH. .

The project, managed by Darlene, went beautifully. Ivy League Plantscaping did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier. I thought I was going to be in trouble, due to my own procrastination, because I was late in contacting Geoff, the owner, to schedule the job. But, true to form, Geoff got back to me right away and I had an appointment in just a couple of days to establish the plan. What I really, really appreciate about Geoff and Darlene is that they listen to you. I wanted items that would be low maintenance, lots of color and wouldn't be supper for the deer. That's exactly what I got and I love it. I also got lucky in that there was a delay in one of their other jobs (not Ivy League's fault) and, as luck would have it, Geoff called me on a Sunday night and they came out the next day. Geoff, Darlene and crew arrived promptly and worked tirelessly the entire day and got the job done. Everyone was so polite, friendly and courteous; a great, great crew. They were respectful of my home and put up with my two dogs when I had to let them out. Darlene was so awesome; always checking to make sure I was happy with the placement of the plants and the progress of the project. They picked up, cleaned up and made sure my house was left in "showcase ready" condition. Thinking that the project was done, I was doubly delighted when Geoff called a little over a week later to schedule a time when he and Darlene could come back to check on the status of the plantings. Not only did they do that but I got lessons on how to water properly and how to deadhead the flowers. I think they're trying to make a gardener out of me yet! Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied and happy with the work performed by Ivy League Plantscaping. Thank you Geoff, Darlene and everyone on the crew. It's going to be a beautiful summer!

Geoff and his team were terrific, fair quote for all of the work they did. They created a rock garden, planted two trees, trimmed back hedges, planted plants and landscaped. Went above and beyond. Darlene, Amanda, Josh and Riley were all great!

We have a big yard. This was a lot of work. They arrived early morning with a team of 5 or 6 people and just went at it. Minimal interruption to us, very polite and respectful of our space. Things got a little noisy at one brief point (verbally. but NO bad language at all.) Also noticed my neighbor in the vicinity for a moment so not sure if he was disturbed by anything or just curious. Anyway Ivy League worked like mad until after 5p and did a beautiful job. They completely cleaned up after themselves, too. They really know what they're doing.

Geoff was prompt and courteous. He explain all the details on replacing my retaining wall. I got quotes from about 6 landscapers. Some were way overpriced. Geoff had the best price. However, price is not my only consideration. In the end,I went with the top rated landscaper on the list. I am new to Angie's In using the top of the list, I have been more than satisfied in the past. Geoff came in an extremely close second. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

We've had others before, but these guys were the best! Arrived early and stayed late to get this done and worked like the EverReady bunny!! Cleared four truckloads of weeds and debris --Thanks Darlene and Jen!! Hand weeded the mossy areas to preserve the moss and used a blower to remove the leaves!! Hand picked vines and saplings from the fence to create the new bed. Jumped in the pond to fix the problem and rebuilt the walls and installed new pump and saved all the fish besides. Yeah, TJ,Jen and Geoff !!. TJ has a great eye for putting rocks together and the strength to make it happen. He and Jen were a great pond team. Laid 18 yards of mulch and I don' t know how much stone for the walkway. Addressed every problem that arose and solved it to get the job done right. Added ideas of their own to repurpose plants and rocks to make the front bed much more interesting Cleaned up after themselves every night and reseeded and filled in the lawn to make it perfect after their equipment. Met and exceeded my expectations I know it took God 7 days to create the world but these guys did a great job in 5 days!!.

Geoff and his team excavated for the walk. He ran into a problem with exposed sprinkler pipe and he took out 2 sprinkler heads and replaced a length of pipe. It took him longer than expected but the results are great. A big improvement to the space. Thanks, geoff!

We selected Ivy League because they promised to finish the job in time for an event we were hosting at our house. They finished in plenty and time and even showed up the day before the event to make sure everything looked okay. The team is professional and courteous. We allowed them access to our home for refrigerator / bathroom privileges and they were respectful of our home. The installation was well done - a lot of care was taken to prepare the base properly and to level each paver. The owner responded promptly to emails and telephone calls which, in our experience, is a rarity for a landscaper once the contract is signed. We would hire Plantscaping again and we recommend them to others who are looking for a responsible, competent crew.

I used Geoff and Alex from Ivy League after getting a lot of quotes from other Angie's list top rated companies in my area. I must say they did a phenomenal job. Their entire crew was highly professional and friendly. Geoff in particular was very accommodating of our needs and was open to modifications within our budget. They made sure the entire project was completed in a timely fashion. Weather was not very helpful since it rained a lot but Geoff was still able to complete it within a very reasonable time frame. They will be coming back for touch ups in next few weeks too. Overall I am thoroughly satisfied with his job!. Highly recommended!!!

They were hardworking. They went over and above their job. They came out when they didn't have to and were extremely dedicated and helpful. I would highly recommend them. They worked very hard and the yard looks fantastic.

Jeff and Scott did an outstanding job! Totally happy and would recommend their company to others. They totally rebuilt our pond that was leaking water badly. They removed everything out of the pond including the old rocks and power washed the entire pond. Next they installed a high quality liner. They landscaped with flat stone and it looks very natural. They also installed new lights in and around the pond. Everyone loves it. We totally love our new pond! Nice job Ivy League. We also like the frogs too. We will have them back for future work.

It went very well. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will call them again for future projects. Jeff and Scott are professionals, and work great together as a team. They take extra care to make sure they meet their customer's expectations.

From design to finish the provider was very professional and courteous, asked many questions and listened to what our desires for the outcome were. Worked in a timely fashion even though he was delayed due to weather and the outcome was exactly what we had in mind, even better.

The pond had been installed only two years prior and had ceased to have a functioning water feature in just the second season. The company responded in a timely fashion, came out and gave a free estimate, explaining completely what was required. It seemed that it was more involved to repair the water feature than it was to install it initially. They were very attentive to details in changing the pond to a "dry pond" which involved cleaning, repairing the liner, removing and replacing the pump, inserting a pump box and filling the pond with river stone. They were very knowledgeable about the process and very dedicated to getting the job finished in a timely manner - even working through the rain! After a week, the pump ceased to work and they returned quickly, sent it back to the supplier and replaced it promptly, even bringing me a new, lovely Crocosmia, "Emily McKensie", to add to the flowers around the pond to provide a welcome contrast to those that were there. At one point they were nearly finished and when they called me to check it out, I reluctantly told them it was not exactly what I had in mind and tried to better describe the water feature. They disassembled the design and reconstructed it exactly to my liking. Alli painstakingly arranged the river stone to hide the pump box and create a waterfall effect I wanted, choosing rock by rock and viewing the completed effect from several angles to make certain all the equipment was hidden naturally. I would recommend them, though the repair was a bit more expensive than I had originally intended, it was worth the investment and the service was excellent.

WE HAD AN ON-GOING PROBLEM FOR YEARS WHERE AN OLD OAK TREE HAD BEEN REMOVED - GROUND KEPT SINKING AND HAD LANDSCAPERS FILL IT SEVERAL TIMES AND REPLANT SEED ONLY TO HAVE IT HAPPEN ALL OVER AGAIN AND HUGE MUSHROOMS GROWING IN THAT AREA TOO. JEFF WAS THE ONLY PERSON OVER THESE YEARS TO EVER REALLY SHOW US WHAT WAS WRONG - HE KNOWS HIS STUFF - DUG A SMALL AREA BY HAND AND SHOWED US WHAT THE ROOTS LOOKED LIKE AND SQUEEZED WATER OUT OF THEM. WE WERE THEN SOLD ON THIS KNOWLEDGE - ORIGINALLY WE WERE ONLY GOING TO DO SLIT SEEDING - BUT THEN ADDED THIS LAWN REPAIR TO THE ORDER. ALSO BURNED OUT SOME AREAS OF BAD GRASSES - SO IN SPRING THE GOOD GRASS WOULD BE READY TO TAKE OVER. JEFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND CAME BY SEVERAL TIMES TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF HIS WORK AND GIVE INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO CARE FOR WHAT WAS BEING DONE. VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THAT WAS DONE - DON'T FIND THIS KIND OF ATTENTION IN LANSCAPERS WE HAVE USED IN THE PAST. THE COMPANY ALSO DOES MANY OTHER SERVICES - PONDS/WATERFALLS, PATIOS/WALKWAYS, SPECIALTY GARDENS, PERENNIALS, ROCK GARDENS, AND MORE.
