+ -1 moreThey started the job, long breaks(weeks) in between work days. Landscaping looked good, steps not level. While doing steps, their truck cracked the driveway which they said they would replace. Heard from workers that old man Fleck was buying oddball things and making bad business choices. Then, they stopped coming and wouldn't return phone calls. They were close to be finished with the project. We still owed them money, they owed us a new drive and the balance of work. HORRIBLE experience. Didn't even know that they were still in business but would never use them or recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: Designer designed a plan for front and side landscaping including steps down the side hillside. Also drew up a plan for front steps and some "gingerbread" to the front of the house.

+ 1 moreI have used this company for twenty years. They come twice a year. If I have bushes that need replacing, they will replace them. They do an excellent job and my yard always looks excellent when they are finished. They are friendly to be around.
Description of Work: They trim, weed, fertilize and put mulch where needed. They take care of my bushes.

Chuck answered all my calls promptly and stopped at my house to make sure I was happy with the work that was done. He gave me information on the new plants and bushes and told me how to care for them. This is the second time I have used Fleck Landscaping and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Total redesign of front yard. Removed all trees and bushes and planted new trees, bushes and flowers. Installed a brick walk way on the side of house. Removed bushes from back yard and planted new ones. Seeded back yard, mulched and edged island.

Dean's design worked well for us and the crew performing the work led by James (crew leader) and including Dave, Mike, and Ian were exceptional. They never hesitated to make changes if requested, were always respectful and friendly, and did an excellent job. The work wasn't completed until the end of May and we are completely satisfied since Dean has assured if we have any problems he will take care of them.
Description of Work: Complete landscaping of our yard including design, planting of plants and shrubs, installation of rock borders and brick borders around gardens, installation of approx. 90 ft. of sandstone walkway, installation of sandstone patio and design and installation of a water feature, and re-planting of grass.
