Avoid them at all cost if you are an individual looking for lawn installation, they only care for the contracts with the builders in the local area. Also when dealing with Jim on the phone the use of vulgar language was totally inappropriate. He did not direct the language towards me but used it to describe the topsoil, weather, and other items. Anyone who runs a business and uses vulgar language with their customers certainly has no professionalism. Attached is what they considered Rockhounded, there are many stones in there above 3/4 of an inch.
Description of Work: I had Country Club landscape Hydroseed and rockhound the yard. I made comment early on how it looked like it was applied to lightly. Also the Rockhound job was terrible I have a spot where they spilled some of the rocks and never went back to pick them up. I never even received a receipt for the Rockhound portion that was over 45 days ago. I tried dealing with Cody and Jim they tell me I used bad topsoil from Sagamore's here in North Ridgeville. This is false because I was able to get grass to come up with seed I put down after there poor workmanship and refusal to make it right. Cody even admitted early on during a phone call how it looked very thin but then changed his story to avoid accountability. They also use the line we don't guarantee your lawn to grow phrase they put on the quote for the seeding portion. However I do understand foul weather can play apart but there has to be a seed there first In order for there to be an opportunity of growth

To whom it may concern, Jim and his crew did a fine job aerifying the fairways at Grey Hawk Golf Club. After two days of aerifying our 40 acres of fairways the boys were out of here. In addition they used the verticut units to pulverize the cores and with some blowing they were cleaned up and ready for play. The crew was efficient, fast and organized.
