Easy to get a hold of, easy to schedule, quick turnaround, arrived within window, performed evaluation and repair with skill (and I was lucky my repair was straightforward, so he was able to complete it in under half an hour). Dave was very nice.

I contacted All Performance Appliance Repair through Angi after seeing what great reviews the company had. I left a message and Dave returned my call within the day. I explained to him my issue and he was able to schedule me that same week. Dave called the morning of my appointment to let me know which two hour window he would arrive. Dave was very prompt on his scheduled time. He was very friendly and knew what was wrong with my dryer right away (the heating coils overheated and fried). Dave supplies his own parts so he immediately replaced the coil. His service was quick and efficient. I am currently drying my laundry and it is running as good as new! I highly recommend All Performance Appliance Repair for your small appliance issues. There is a service cost of $60. The total cost of our repair was $178.20 which included the service cost. Service went great. I was scheduled for Saturday, but they got me in on Friday. Technicians were polite and friendly, were able to replace the igniter on the oven, and were done in a half hour. The oven works fine now.

Everything went great - it took a few visits to finish the repair but washer is working good as new and the price was very reasonable. Very knowledgable and efficient work - Dave was great. The only drawback was it took a few days in-between visits each time and I would have loved to wrap it all up sooner - but good contractors are in high demand so I get that their schedule is probably quite packed. Would definitely recommend this company, and I will use them again.

Everything went very well, the service tech was both knowledgeable and very polite. After checking the unit he said it could use some freon and after adding a small amount, all is now good. I felt the price charged and the work preformed were both excellent.

Dave was prompt and got right to work. He couldn't fix the oven because the parts were not available any more. I would call him again in a heartbeat.

The washer was not broken. It only needed to be connected to the dryer. It's not a common brand and he was the 4th person I had look at it. In minutes he determined the problem.Additionally he provided assistance with my Dishwasher advising the steps I could take to relieve the problem and also offering his assistance if I needed further help. He was professional, punctual and extremely helpful to me. I appreciated his arrival in a mask showing consideration for me.
