We came home one day to find the burners on our stovetop would not light. We contacted 2 other companies first but after saying they would be right out they never showed up to fix the problem. I contacted All Perfornance and spoke with Dave ,explained the problem and he said he would send someone out the next day. Dave called the next day and set the time for his repairman to come out, stating he would call ahead and let me know he was on the way. He did and Randy showed up on time and went right to work.. He discovered the motherboard in the stove had been destroyed due to a previous storm. We could either fix the stove at a cost of $345.00 for the part plus labor or purchase a new stove. Randy suggested we should just purchase a new stove. Randy was honest, professional and answered all our questions. The only charge was for the service call, $ 27.00 . I highly recommend this company for all your appliance repairs. They are reliable and competent. And if you have ever looked for a repairman you know how important these qualities are to find.

I spent about $150. It was good, they were able to fix the problem. I believe it was the fan that was in the freezer that was giving trouble. The refrigerator was very old. He didn't ask us to buy a new one because it was a quick fix. That's better than buying a new refrigerator.

This was the second time for service on my dryer. The first time (January 2012) a part was replaced, and the dryer worked for 3 months, but then the same problem occurred. I called for repair on a Monday morning, and the repairman was able to come later that same day. Another part needed replacement, and I was not charged for the service since it related to the original problem. The repair was done quickly, and the dryer is now working fine.

I was able to get next-day service. The repair person arrived promptly the next morning and quickly determined the problem. I was shown the part that needed replacement and was given an estimate. The dryer was working in less than an hour.

RETURNED INITIAL CALL SAME DAY. SERVICE CHARGE ONLY $15.00 ($16.20 WITH TAX). DAVE WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WAS A COUPLE OF HOURS LATE FOR APPOINTMENT, BUT CALLED TO LET ME KNOW.
