unsatisfactory. John (the owner-operator) presented himself as a profesional, but didin't intearact as one (see above.)
Description of Work: John promptly came out to do the meet-and estimate visit to look at my large and difficult retaining wall project. He was polite, helpful with additional Reading Rock computer link, but never returned with a bid, estimate, or no-thank-you-I'm not interested in this job, despite my calls to him. This is disrespectful and puts him on my never-use or reccommend list.

I used this company to build a 250 ft retaining wall last year & based on that experience they were my first & only call when I needed this job done.
Description of Work: Grade & install paver pad outside of boathouse & winding walkway in herring bone pattern to fountain in tree line. Build wall to cover electrical meter pedestal & base for fountain trough to sit on. Install rip/rap rock on designated area of lake edge.

Finished in less than a week, they were very easy to work with. We changed our original plan but they didn't mind. Very good work and nice people!
Description of Work: Removed a concrete patio and installed a stone paver patio.
