Work was delayed several time because of the weather, but once they had a day when the temperature would be high enough to remove and replace the shingles involved, the were able to complete everything in a single day. I have recently purchased this house, and have been uncovering and correcting things done by the previous owner that were not exactly up to code. IN the case of the roof, there were leaks, problems with flashing in several places and problem with how the roof from an addition was blended (or not blended) into the existing structure. This was all taken care of for what I consider a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Correct problems with roof flashing around fireplace, and where roof from addition meets main structure. Also repair section where the top of the roof for the addition meets/transitions to the original roof.
