If you are looking for a company to fix your basement needs I recommend Ohio Basement Authority. From start to finish I could tell this was a very well organized and professional company. I originally planned on 2 estimates because I figured this would be an expensive (probably over paid) issue with my basement. But when I got the estimate from John the price was much lower than I thought with no extra cost, just a simple price to fix my wall. I was pleased already and did not need a second estimate. The work was started soon after the estimate and the crew of Joe , Atilio and Grant were just as professional. They explained again the process of repair and answered all questions I had. They were polite, friendly and worked well together. The job was finished quickly and I am a very happy customer.

All went fine. Plumber had to come and anchor water softener tanks. All is well in that department.

During the first appointment, the representative explained our problem with pictures takenduting our house inspection. He explained the procedure to correct our problem with the exact written price. When the workers arrived they completed the project and cleaned up. They were very pleasant and explained every step of the way what they were doing. I feel we recieved profession workmanship with assured improvement and value to our house. Great people to work with.

Great after done .alot nicer in the craw space now that I'm not laying on mud .plus brighter with the white floor mat. Closed up alot of the air leaks. Very happy with job done.

Installers kept me informed of what was happening from beginning to end, kept house and work are clean. Very courteous also.

The installation was quick, with limited demo to my finished basement. I had water seeping in under my baseboards and saturating the carpet during heavy rains. The gutter system will collect all that water and divert it to my sump pit. I was thrilled with the work done, and between demoing the drywall and frame to about a foot off the floor, to jackhammering the entire perimeter, to hauling in gravel, and installing the gutter and new window well drains, to finally topping it all off with a moisture barrier and some smooth new quikcrete, it only took a couple of days, and I couple not be happier with the end results.

The crew did very well. Haven't had any water since done. Was told 3 days but took only 2.

Everything is on hold because our house is not level. They gave us a price and said it would level our home and it didn’t so they want more money to finish leveling.. waiting for them to come out and look at what is going on.

Excellent evaluation/accessment of problem. Jacob Thomas was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite! He was very patient in explaining the possible problem; offering possible solutions. Although problem was not in the scope of what company repaired, I would definitely hire them for future work, if needed.

I couldn't have been more pleased with service performed by the Ohio Basement Authority! It started with one of the best, most personable salesman I've ever encountered. The three-man crew that arrived on the day of the work were all friendly, pfofessional and quick to answer any questions I had. They were running only about 15 minutes late but gave me a phone call to let me know. That courtesy extended to the end of the job when they couldn't have left my house any cleaner. I would recommend this company to anyone!
