We have an old home with basement water issues. Before we called Ohio Basement Authority we had two other companies come and give us estimates. Jake Letner from Ohio Basement Authority was the first person to actually show us where water had built up in the walls. He was the first person to show us exactly what we needed to fix our problems. He also provided drawing with a full contract detailing what would be needed. We gave Jake the job on the spot. Now we will see how the actual work is.

We have been having issues with water in our basement for awhile. Dylan came out and inspected the inside and outside of our house. He showed us where our major issues were and how we could eliminate the problem. He gave us a couple of options and was very honest with us from the start. He explained the process in detail from start to finish and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and professional and we highly recommend him. Thank you Dylan.

Description of Work: Corey Froelich came out to assess the issues I was having with poor drainage on the side of our house. I had already had two estimates with other companies in which both recommended regrading and a french drain. Corey explained why both were a bad idea and that I would just be wasting my time and money. Corey saved me probably $1200 at least. Decided to take his recommendation and save my money.

Checked out the health of the rest of the basement . recommended that I have pipes in the flooring of the basement replaced and provided a quote. Brian Thom was very professional , no hard sale tactics that I heard from other homeowners they sometimes do. Very good experience

Description of Work: They placed a french drain on 2 sides of the house, steel supports along one wall in basement, and then point and tucked basement walls. |From the start they were professional and supportive in what needed done but at a fair price. They were great in cleaning up and getting things done in great time. |I would say it was a great experience and would recommend they to everyone needing foundation, basement, or drainage work.

Description of Work: Repaired a leak involving a connection of the sump pump drain and the underground downspout PCV pipe. Second visit installed a drain in the floor of the corner of the basement three feet on each side of corner (no water entered this drain which was routed into the sump pump). Third visit involved digging down to the footer of the footer (approx. three feet) to seal the block where a four season room met the outside basement wall. A sealant was also sprayed on the inside block approx. three feet on each side of the corner.

Description of Work: Installed drainage around inside perimeter of basement, sani-dry dehumidifier, sump pump and drainage line to street . Crew was very professional. Did a very good job of explaining what would be done each day, and what was accomplished. Good job of cleanup, and trying to keep amount of dust/dirt to minimum. Some dust remaining but much better than expected. Salesman was very low pressure and did a great job of explaining the problem/solution and their products offered. Considering the amount of work done this went much better than expected and I would recommend and use Ohio Basement Authority again.
