Mitchell from Ohio Basement Authority was amazing. He was quite knowledgeable and thorough with our maintenance and only replaced what needed replaced and left spares for when needed. He was quite accommodating. I definitely like OBA and their staff. I would highly recommend.

Great. Andrew (Rothenberg) was prompt and very professional. Spent 45 minutes trying to find reason for water leaking into basement. It turned out to be a problem with our outside stucco or roof so they couldn't help us. No charge for the visit and I really appreciated he didn't try to sell us some service we didn't need. So they are obviously very honest- I would call them again in a New York minute.

The sales rep showed up early and stayed for almost 3 hours just to try to quote us on installing support pillars in the ground, which had nothing to do with the service we requested. He stayed way to long and continued repeating himself, but then turned around and talked us out of even the pillars. No mention of waterproofing other than, 'we could order stuff off Amazon and do it ourselves'. If we wanted to do that, we never would've called anyone. Definitely one of the weirdest encounters ever with no result. Would not recommend. The only thing I can think is that perhaps he got his service call mixed up? Even so, it was not good.

I had a service tech out to my home which was recently waterproofed by the ohio basement authority. Mitchell Spurlock came out, was on time and he diagnosed my issue and fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend him if you're experiencing any issues with your basement or exterior drainage. He knows what hes doing. Thank you for sending him out to my home.

Jacob, who gave me the estimate, was professional, punctual, polite and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. Josiah, Daniel, and Harold were the crew that installed the product. They were punctual, polite, and respectful. The clean-up at the end of the job was impeccable. The electrician, Ryan, was very polite and explained what he was going to do and address all my questions cheerfully. I have had a lot of work done to my home over the past 25 years and my experience with Ohio Basement Authority has been the BEST by far. I will highly recommend them. One word bad Paid $12500 to make basement wall straight Ohio basement authority could not make them straight did not honor contract lied basement was always dry after they got finish it leaked stay away from this company I lost $12500

José and his team were prompt, professional and worked incredibly hard in the rain to get the job done quickly. The yard looked great after they were finished as they excavated only what they needed and filled it in afterward. I am very pleased with every aspect of their work and would gladly hire them again.

First, OBA has a prize winning representative in Andrew Rothenberg! He arrived early (but not unannounced) , was professional and asked about wearing a mask (gratefully appreciated during these trying times!) After his inspected the basement, I got a big surprise. He informed me that i did not need any work done. He explained what I was seeing and why. His thoroughness and honesty are greatly appreciated. We made an after hours call to Ohio Basement Authority when our sump pump went out on a Sunday Afternoon and we had water pooling in our basement. Mitchell S arrived promptly, replaced the pump, and cleaned up the water. He was very friendly and provided some good recommendations for future work.

I had a damp crawl space and worked through the various options and liked the OhioBasementAuthority method of encapsulation the best. The crew that did the encapsulation (Jose A, Sergio, and Ivan), although young, worked together like seasoned veterans. Each person knew what their job was at each stage of the encapsulation and the work flowed smoothly and professionally. They kept the job site clean and hustled when hauling the supplies, tools and trash to/from the truck. The final product was just what I expected and looks just like the pictures of completed jobs from the website.

The salesman was very professional and explained everything. He took photos with his phone so I could see what he was saying. He gave me several choices and prices, then he let me decide without any pressure sales. They even had several choices on paying for the service. I had another company come to give an price, that guy was 2 hours late, never went into the crawl space gave me a higher price and said he would email me a written statement. I never got it from them. When the guy came to do the work they were very nice, went right to work and completed quickly. They also too photos so I could see the work they had completed. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the job.

The crew that did the work were on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. They also cleaned everything up and explained all their work. I would definitely hire them again.

After job was done. Water was found in the crawl space. They came to check it and could not find where the water was coming from instead of further investigating. Then they cut two holes in the sealed lining which is supposed to be sealed. The drain pipe they installed just drains out into my yard and now I have water standing in my back yard. Very poor. Now I have other problems.

My basement would get water in it on a regular basis. After Basement Authority finished up, basement has been dry as a bone. From sales to finish work all of the people were very professional

They were very good. Came in did the job and keeper it as clean as possible.
